By joining the Optimal Discord server, using the Optimal bot, or accessing joinoptimal.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not join the server or use the bot. Continued membership after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the update.
Optimal, its server, its bot, and all content shared within them (including but not limited to market commentary, technical analysis, news summaries, calendar data, and any output generated by the Optimal bot) are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the server, the bot's output, or any associated content constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or accounting advice. No content should be construed as a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument. Any projections, forecasts, targets, or predictions are opinions about an uncertain future, are not facts, and may prove wrong. Do not rely on them.
Optimal is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution of any kind, and is not registered with or regulated by the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, or any other regulatory body. Nothing said by the owner, admins, or any member of Optimal creates a fiduciary relationship. Communications in the server, including direct messages with the owner or its tools, do not create any confidential, advisory, or professional relationship. The owner, admins, developers, and members of Optimal may hold, buy, or sell positions in the securities, cryptocurrencies, or other financial instruments discussed in the server or referenced by the bot, and may do so at any time without notice. They are under no obligation to disclose their positions or to update any prior statement. Any opinion expressed may differ from or conflict with your own interests. Where Optimal receives compensation from any third-party link or referral, that relationship does not constitute an endorsement.
Trading and investing in securities, cryptocurrencies, options, futures, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of some or all of your principal. Past performance, whether discussed in the server or generated by the bot, is not indicative of future results. The Optimal bot aggregates data from third-party providers (including but not limited to market data vendors and news services). Much of the content in this server is generated in whole or in part by an automated AI system. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and is not independently verified before posting. Optimal does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data or of any analysis, alert, or output the bot generates. Automated outputs may contain errors. Verify any information independently before acting on it.
Statements, opinions, screenshots, and claimed results posted by members are those of the individual members alone. Optimal does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any member-posted content or results. Any results shown by any member are not typical and should not be expected. Do not treat member statements as advice or as a basis for any financial decision.
Access to server channels and features is organized by role tier. Entry requires completing the server's onboarding gate (reviewing and acknowledging the rules and this disclaimer) before base access is granted. Higher tiers may involve additional requirements or a subscription; tier structure and pricing, where applicable, are described in the server itself, not on this page. Optimal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, suspend, or ban any member, and to modify, restrict, or revoke access to any role, channel, or feature at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Membership in Optimal is a privilege, not a guaranteed or ongoing entitlement.
All original content produced by Optimal, including the Optimal name, logo, bot, and proprietary educational material, is the property of Optimal and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission. Content shared by members remains the property of its respective author, who grants Optimal a license to display it within the server for normal community operation.
Optimal, the server, and the bot are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Optimal does not warrant that the server or bot will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimal, its owner, admins, developers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including financial losses, arising from your use of the server, the bot, or reliance on any content provided through them. You use Optimal entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimal, its owner, admins, developers, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the server or bot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.
joinoptimal.app does not collect personal data; it contains no forms and sets no tracking cookies beyond what is disclosed at the site. Your use of Discord itself is governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which apply independently to any data Discord collects. Any data the Optimal bot processes in connection with server functionality is used solely to operate that functionality and is not sold or shared with third parties.
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (currently 13, or higher where required by local law) to join Optimal. By joining, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Optimal may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the server. Continued use of the server or bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
