Is Optimal free?
Yes, joining is free. Once you complete the entry steps you get a free member role with access to the community, basic bot commands, and educational content. Optional paid tiers are planned for members who want more command access and deeper educational material, but nothing is required to join and start learning.
Is this financial advice?
No. Optimal is educational only. The community and the bot provide market data, definitions, and process education, not trade recommendations, signals, or personalized advice. Nothing in Optimal should be treated as a recommendation to buy or sell any security. See the Terms for the full disclaimer.
What does the bot actually do?
The bot pulls live market data on demand and posts it in a structured, readable format. Ask it for a ticker and it returns price and trend, momentum (RSI, MACD), volatility and volume (ATR, relative volume), an options snapshot, and a plain read of where the signals align. It also runs news pulls scored for source bias and impact, an economic calendar, and scheduled market feeds.
Do I need trading experience to join?
No. Optimal is built for people learning how markets work. The bot's output comes with a 689-term glossary, callable with /define, so you can look up any term you do not know as you go. Beginners and experienced traders both use it.
What happens when I click join?
The invite takes you to the Optimal server, where you start in an entry area with the welcome, rules, and disclaimer. Once you complete those steps you are granted full base access to the community and the bot's command channels. Joining is free and takes a few minutes.
What markets does it cover?
Equities and crypto. The bot provides live prices, technicals, news, and options data for stocks, plus price and news coverage for crypto.
Is my data collected?
The website collects nothing: no forms, no tracking, no accounts. Inside Discord, normal Discord terms apply, and Optimal itself does not sell or monetize member data. See the Terms for detail.
Who runs Optimal?
Optimal is run by its team, reachable through the server. You can contact an administrator in the Discord for any question about the community or the bot.
